Share Error: #1653

Error 1653 occurs when the same email address is added more than once to a Share invitation.

When you enter an email address and click Add, it is placed in the invite queue at the bottom of the share window. You can add multiple email addresses to send the same invitation, but if you try to add an email that is already in the queue, you'll receive Error 1653.

To avoid this:

  • Review the list of email addresses just above Your display name to check for duplicates.

  • Remove any repeated entries before continuing.

Remember, the invitation isn't sent until you click Create Share at the bottom of the dialogue box. Make sure your invite list is correct before sending.
