Error 1653 is a Share error where the user is in your invite queue already.
When you enter an e-mail address and click on Add, it is queued at the bottom. You can enter additional e-mail addresses to send the same invitation but if you enter and add the same e-mail address, you will see this error message.
You will have to click on Create Share at the bottom of the dialogue box to send the invite.
