READONLY-CONFLICT appears when you try to add files to a shared folder where you don’t have editing permissions. To resolve this, the admin user who created the folder must grant you "Can edit" permissions.
To do this, the admin user should:
- Sign in to your Sync account.
- Navigate to the Shares tab in the left navigation menu.
- Hover over the shared folder and click the ellipses (⋮) menu, then Manage shared folder.
- Click the ellipses (⋮) menu next to the user getting the error message, then Edit permissions.
- Next, check the box next to Can edit to enable this permission for the user.
