Server Error: #1612

Error 1612 occurs when there’s a server issue that prevents a user from being added to a shared folder correctly. This typically happens during the folder sharing or invitation process.

To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

  1. Remove the user from the shared folder. Learn more.

  2. Re-add the user to the shared folder by sending a new invitation. Learn more.

  3. Have the user accept the shared folder invitation. Learn more.

Once the user has been re-invited and accepts the share, access should be restored and the error resolved.
