Sync asks that you verify your email address when you signup, via an email verification code. Verifying your email confirms ownership, enhances security, and ensures you receive important account notifications and updates. If you did not receive an email verification, you can resend it as follows:
- Sign in to the web panel.
- Select Settings in the left menu bar.
- Click Re-send Verification.
This process will re-send the email verification code. Check your junk mail or spam filters if you do not see this email in your inbox. Contact customer service if you are unable to verify your email address.
