Open Trend Micro, then click Settings.

Click Exception Lists.

Select Programs, Files or Folders, then click Add.

Click Browse, and navigate to your Sync installation folder:
C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Local\Programs\Sync(Replace <YourUsername> with your actual Windows username.)

Select the Sync folder, then click Open, and click OK to confirm.

To ensure full compatibility, repeat the steps above to add the following Sync program files individually:
C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Local\Programs\Sync\sync-taskbar.exe
C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Local\Programs\Sync\sync-worker.exe -
Click Apply, then click OK to save your changes.
