Are there file size or transfer limits?
The maximum recommended file size for sharing is 40 GB (see this article for more details).
What is is the recommended maximum number of files?
Syncing performance may be slower with over 300,000 files per user.
Can I back-up Petabytes of data?
By default, your data in Sync "synchronizes" across your computers, devices, and the people you share with. As such Sync is not suitable for large scale, one-way backups. If you have over 100 TB, or require a petabyte-scale backup solution, contact us for enterprise pricing.
Are there hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Each separate user (typically a team member or employee) requires a separate Pro Teams user account license (there is a 3-user minimum).
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Unlimited plans includes a full refund if you cancel within 30-days.
Do you support delta-sync (block level syncing)?
Not at this time. Sync is designed to protect your privacy with strong encryption. Delta-sync gives your cloud storage provider access to your data. See here for more information on considerations when using Sync.
