How do I upload my photos and videos to Sync using my mobile device?

With the Sync mobile app, you can upload photos and videos to the cloud either automatically (Camera Upload) or manually.

iOS

Automatic upload (Camera Upload)

1. Open the Sync mobile app.

2. Tap Settings (bottom-right).

3. Under Image Settings, tap Camera Upload Settings.

4. Turn on Enable camera upload.

5. When prompted, choose one of the following:

   • Upload all images on device (uploads all existing photos and videos on your device)
   • Only upload new images (uploads only photos/videos taken after enabling the feature)

Manual upload

1. Open the Sync mobile app.

2. Navigate to the folder you want to upload to.

3. Tap the blue + button (bottom-right).

4. Tap Upload images.

5. Select the photos you want to upload.

6. Tap Select (top-right).

Android

Automatic upload (Camera Upload)

2. Tap Menu (three-line icon, top-left).

3. Tap Settings.

4. Under Image Settings, tap Enable camera upload.

5. If prompted, tap Allow.

6. Tap Enable camera upload again, then choose one of the following:

   • Upload all images on device (uploads all existing photos and videos on your device)
   • Only upload new images (uploads only photos/videos taken after enabling the feature)

Manual upload

1. Open the Sync mobile app.

2. Navigate to the folder you want to upload to.

3. Tap the blue + button (bottom-right).

4. Tap Upload.

5. Tap Menu (three-line icon, top-left).

6. Navigate to your device’s photo storage.

7. Tap the photos you want to upload (they’ll upload automatically).
