Reset Password Error: #8130

Error 8130 occurs when the reset code is not entered correctly on the password reset page. 


How to fix this:

In some cases, your web browser may auto-fill your email address into the Reset Code field, which triggers this error. You'll need to ensure you're entering the reset code in that field:


 

  • If the issue continues, try copying and pasting the reset code manually.

  • You can also attempt the reset in a private/incognito browser window to avoid autofill.

Once the correct reset code is entered, you’ll be able to proceed with updating your password.
