You can view any upcoming plan or billing changes scheduled for your account directly from the Manage subscription section of your Sync account. This includes upgrades, downgrades, or renewal updates that will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
To view your scheduled changes:
- Sign in to the web panel.
- From the left navigation bar, click Settings.
- Select the Account & billing tab.
- Click the Manage Subscription button.
- In the Manage subscription window, click the tile showing your current plan.
- Click View scheduled changes to see any upcoming modifications, such as plan changes or renewal updates, and when they will take effect.
