You can personalize your Sync account by updating your display name and profile picture in the Sync web panel. This is helpful if you’ve recently changed your name or prefer to use a nickname. Your profile picture is visible when commenting on files and when managing team shared folders.
Change your display name
Click Settings in the left navigation bar.
Click the ⋮ (ellipsis) icon beside your current profile information.
Select Change name.
Upload or change your profile picture
Click your profile menu in the top-right corner.
Select Profile to open your account settings.
On the right side of the page, next to your current profile picture, click the ⋮ (ellipsis) menu.
Select Change profile picture.
Click Upload new and choose an image from your device.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Your updated profile picture will appear in your account settings.
Tip: For best results, use a square, centered image so nothing gets cropped in the circular frame.
