How do I reactivate my closed account?

If your Sync account has been cancelled, you can reactivate it by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to the web panel.

  2. Click Reactivate subscription.

  3. If your payment method needs to be updated:

    • Click Payment Methods.

    • Select the card you want to update and click Edit Payment Method, or click Add new to add a new card.

    • Enter your card details, then click Update or Add to save your changes.

    • Click the back arrow in the top-left corner until you return to the home page.

  4. Select the tile for the cancelled plan you want to reactivate.

  5. Click Reactivate subscription.

  6. Click Confirm to finish reactivating your account.

Note:

  • You can only reactivate your account on the same plan or subscription you had previously. If you need to make changes to your subscription before reactivating, please contact support.

  • Reactivations are final and non-refundable.

  • If your account was previously on a trial, it cannot be reactivated on a trial plan again and will instead be reactivated on the paid monthly version of that plan.
