Custom branding is only available on the Pro Solo Unlimited, and Pro Teams Unlimited plan.
Display your own logo and brand colors when sharing files and folders with links, or when requesting files with upload enabled links. Adding a logo gives your clients and customers a trusted, company-approved portal-like experience. Note that only the Administrator on the plan can configure this setting.
To add your company logo:
- Sign in to the web panel.
- Click Settings from left navigation bar.
- Click the Branding tab.
- This tab is only visible by the Pro Teams Administrator.
- Click the Browse files button to upload your logo.
- Click the Save Changes button to save your changes.
Where will my branding appear?
- Your company logo and color settings will replace the Sync logo and colors displayed on links and file requests shared by any user added to your Sync Pro Teams Unlimited account.
What is the optimal logo format and size?
- PNG, JPG, GIF and TIF formats are supported (with transparency). For best visibility we recommend uploading a horizontal logo layout sized at approximately 400 x 150 pixels, with a maximum file size of 5 MB.
- Additionally, you can modify various elements on the link page to better match your company colors and branding, including buttons, link text, and the header bar background color.
- Remember to use a distinct button color that contrasts with the header to ensure important actions (such as the download button) are clearly visible and easy for users to locate.
How do I remove my branding?
- Click the Reset to default button to restore defaults.
Note:
Only the Plan Administrator can configure team branding. Custom roles can’t access this setting.
Custom branding applies to the entire team and can’t be configured per individual user on a Teams plan.
